hmm, see the resemblance? HA!this photo is posted for you to spot the difference. =xi can't imagine if Dennis were to go for a rebond. haha!went to church office in the morning with my CG.
Shirls was late as she went back to sleep after she woke up! so funny! =P
Due to the limitation of land (sounds so much like ss or geog), we went to join Aloy,Yiqin and Alvin who were watching a sermon by D. Joseph on Virtueous Speaking Church series-Examples of incorrect speech.Really learnt a lot. So fundamental yet essential, received a new revelation about how to use my tongue to build up the church and not to tear it down. (:
i bet Shuhfen's still wondering why we are not suppose to see D. Joseph's face. LOL.
anyhow, we all went to have lunch at a coffeeshop nearby after the great sermon. i had Char Siew rice and Teh peng gao. well, the Teh peng tasted weird to me though. Then Dennis and Shuhfen shared about their funny work experience at mac delivery and stuff. Alvin asked the few of them sitting nearby if their hands would tremble if the hand a spoon for long. And i so have to admit that i will! LOL. Thus, that's why i don't like to drink soup when i have meals outside. HAHA. maybe i need a hand guard or something... hahahaha! :D
after the hearty meal, we went back to church office for our CG's prayer meet. it was a great time of worshipping and praying for our friends that we want to see coming to know Jesus in this coming Easter! i'm so excited! i sincerely believe that if we have love God and love people, God'll bless us with the joy of witnessing our friends crossing the line to salvation! 18 is not a problem! :DD Jiayou ENGIT 4~
what happened after prayer meet?
it's a secret! *shh*
yay! karaoke next monday! ((:
what we could have been, 12:26 AM.
wow.i realised that this blog has been rather dead for quite some time. *touchwood!* LOL.yea, it's been 4 years 1 month and 18 days serving the Lord in the Youth ministry! hahas. :D to say long, not that long.. to say short also not that short. hees. yup, i'm really blessed and am privilledged to have served in this ministry since sec 1. Serving with the East family has taught me what love really is all about. Through many restructures, working with different people, pioneering different schools and taking up sheeps with different personalities have moulded me in maturing to grow more and more Christ-like. i must say that i'm still far far far far faaaaaaaarrrrr away from perfection, however, i'll continue to work on it through this race to the finishing line. ((:If i'm gonna say that i wouldn't miss the youth people or East district, i would have jus sinned. Definitely, i will miss everyone in youth and the many memories created here because this is also where i started to serve God and live a life of purpose for His cause.. where i grew from a spiritual baby to a more mature child of God. thank you each and every individual in East that has made an impact in my walk with God ^^ yeah! Be it the fun times, tough times, barren times or fruitful times, i will always remember the memories of how God has blessed me with this bunch of zealous and loving people who has given their lives to build the KOG! :D(to be continued...)Labels: Thankiew dearest East family :DD (part 1)
